Marco DeLuca grew up under the hood of his father's '79 Chevy pickup in Lakewood. By the time he was 16 he was doing oil changes for neighbors out of the family driveway. After earning his ASE Master Technician certification in 2003 and spending five years at a dealership, he knew there was a better way.
In 2008, Marco leased a two-bay shop on W Commerce Ave with $12,000 in savings and one promise: no upselling, no surprises, no shortcuts. He fixed every car the same way he'd fix his own. Word spread fast.
Today ProGear operates 8 bays with a team of 12 ASE certified professionals, serving over 8,200 customers across the Denver metro. Marco still walks the floor every day — and still personally handles every customer complaint himself.
