BrightSmile Family Dentistry was founded in 2011 by Dr. Sarah Mitchell, a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. From her very first day in practice, Dr. Mitchell was determined to create a dental home where patients of all ages felt genuinely welcome — and never anxious.
Starting with a single treatment chair in a modest suite on Larimer Street, Dr. Mitchell focused on building trust one patient at a time. Her philosophy was simple: combine clinical excellence with human warmth, and the community will follow. It did.
By 2015, growing demand led to a full expansion — from one chair to four modern treatment rooms equipped with the latest digital diagnostics. Today, BrightSmile is a full-service family dental practice proudly serving Denver and the surrounding communities.
