Our Story

Born in Austin, Built on Trust

Arctic Breeze HVAC Solutions was founded in 2009 by Marcus and Diana Reyes, a husband-and-wife team with a simple mission: bring honest, expert HVAC service to the Austin community.

Marcus had spent 10 years as a senior technician for a large HVAC corporation, watching customers get upsold on services they didn't need. Diana, with her background in customer service management, knew there was a better way. So they took the leap.

Starting with a single van and a commitment to transparency, Arctic Breeze quickly earned a reputation for fair pricing, quality workmanship, and genuine care. Word spread. Neighbors referred neighbors. By 2014, we had grown to a team of 8 and moved into our current facility on Tech Ridge Blvd.

Today, with 22 technicians and a fleet of 18 service vehicles, we're proud to be Austin's most-reviewed HVAC company — while still running the business with the same family values that started it all.

15 Years of Growth

2009

Arctic Breeze Founded

Marcus and Diana Reyes launch Arctic Breeze with one truck, serving the North Austin area. First 50 customers acquired through word-of-mouth alone.

2011

Carrier Authorized Dealer

Achieved Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer status, one of only 12 companies in the Austin metro to earn this distinction at the time.

2014

New HQ & Expanded Team

Moved into our Tech Ridge Blvd facility. Grew to a team of 12 technicians and launched the Maintenance Plan program.

2018

1,000th Customer Milestone

Celebrated serving our 1,000th Austin-area household. Launched commercial HVAC division to serve local businesses and office buildings.

2021

Smart HVAC Division Launched

Introduced smart thermostat integration, Ecobee/Nest installation, and connected HVAC monitoring services. Earned Google 4.9★ rating with 500+ reviews.

2024

2,400+ Customers & Growing

Now Austin's most-reviewed HVAC company with a 22-person team, 18 service vehicles, and coverage across 10 Greater Austin communities.

Giving Back

Rooted in the Austin Community

Arctic Breeze believes that a great business gives back to the community it serves. Every year, we donate free HVAC tune-ups to 25 senior households in the Austin area through our "Cool Neighbors" program.

We also sponsor the North Austin Youth Baseball League, donate 1% of annual revenue to Austin Parks Foundation, and participate in the City of Austin's weatherization assistance program for low-income residents.
