Marcus Rodriguez spent 12 years working for Phoenix's largest plumbing chain — and got tired of upselling customers on repairs they didn't need and charging hourly rates that ballooned into surprises.

In 2008, he invested his savings into a single service van and launched FlowRight Plumbing Co. with one rule: quote a flat price and stick to it. No exceptions. The response from Phoenix homeowners was immediate — within two years, he had a team of four.

Today, FlowRight employs 12 licensed plumbers across the Phoenix metro with a 4.9-star rating built on 9,400+ completed jobs. The mission hasn't changed: honest plumbing, fair prices, and work that lasts.

Marcus Rodriguez launches FlowRight Plumbing from a single van in North Phoenix, winning his first 100 customers on word-of-mouth alone.

Hired Tyler Johnson and Sandra Patel as full-time journeymen. Opened first dedicated office in Scottsdale to serve East Valley demand.
