Yes. FlowRight Plumbing Co. is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC #C37-291844). All 12 of our plumbers hold individual AZ journeyman or master plumber licenses. We carry $2M general liability insurance and workers compensation on every employee.

Most 3-bedroom homes can be fully repiped in 1–2 days. We typically send a crew of 3–4 plumbers to minimize disruption. Water is only off for short periods during the switchover. We patch drywall access holes after the inspection passes, usually the same day.

Absolutely. We pull all required permits for water heater replacements, repiping, sewer line work, and any other permitted plumbing jobs. Permit fees are included in our quoted price. Permitted work protects your home's value and ensures the job meets current code.

All repair labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–10 years depending on the product). Water heater installations come with a 1-year labor warranty plus the full manufacturer warranty on the unit.

Yes. FlowRight handles commercial plumbing for restaurants, offices, retail, and light industrial facilities. We have dedicated commercial plumbers including Derek Williams, our lead commercial specialist. Commercial clients benefit from after-hours scheduling to minimize business disruption.

Yes, we're happy to install customer-supplied fixtures. Note that our 1-year labor warranty still applies to the installation work, but we cannot warranty customer-supplied parts. We recommend purchasing fixtures from reputable brands and keeping your receipts in case the manufacturer warranty is needed later.
