No — you don't need to be home. Our crews are fully trained and insured. Simply ensure gate access is available if you have a fenced backyard. We'll send you a text when we're on the way and email a service report with photos when we're done.

Yes! We use only eco-certified, pet-safe, and child-safe formulas for all treatments. We recommend keeping children and pets off treated areas for 2 hours after application to allow the product to dry — after that, it's completely safe.

Light rain doesn't stop us — we mow in most weather conditions. Heavy rain or lightning will cause us to reschedule to the next available day, and we'll notify you by text. For fertilization treatments, light rain is actually beneficial as it helps activate the product.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfer through our secure online portal. Monthly plans are billed automatically — no long-term contract required. You can pause or cancel with 7 days notice, no questions asked.
