Absolutely not! Every client starts with a fitness assessment so we can build a program that's appropriate for your current fitness level. We work with complete beginners, seniors, post-injury clients, and competitive athletes alike.

Most clients notice improved energy and performance within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear at the 4–6 week mark with consistent effort. We guarantee measurable results within 60 days or your next month is free.

Yes. We have no long-term contracts. You can cancel with 7 days' notice or pause your membership for up to 60 days for travel, illness, or life events. No fees, no penalties.

Yes! Our online coaching program delivers the same customized programming and coach support via our app. Online clients receive video check-ins, form reviews, and daily messaging access. It's available nationwide and starts at $99/month.

For in-person training, our studio has everything. For online or at-home programs, we can design around whatever you have — from a full home gym to just a pair of dumbbells and resistance bands.

All FitForce coaches hold at minimum NASM-CPT certification. Many hold additional specializations including Corrective Exercise (CES), Performance Enhancement (PES), Precision Nutrition Level 1, and CSCS credentials.

Nutrition coaching is included in the Performance and Elite plans. Starter members can add nutrition coaching as an add-on for $99/month. We also offer standalone nutrition-only coaching for clients not ready for personal training.
